Serious Writer does not mail tickets to Tour attendees. The deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer the deposit to another person but the transaction will be between you and the other party.

Deposit for Room to Self | Italy Writers Conference 2024

**This deposit covers a room for one person.**

The Italy Tour includes the writers retreat plus:

  • 7 Nights Lodging

  • Up to 18 Meals Included 
  • Tour of Montepulciano, World Heritage Site Val’ Dorcia, and Pienza with Wine, Cheese, Olive sampling
    (Specific tour details are subject to availability.)

  • Florence Day is "on your own."

Total cost:

  • $1700/pp for each conference attendee.
  • $1500/pp for additional guest/spouse in same room
  • $2500/pp for single room occupancy

Price does NOT include flight to and from Italy or travel to and from airport. 

Guided Assistance with Train Travel to and from Rome airport at an additional cost. 

Guided Assistance with Train Travel to and from Bologna Book Fair for an additional cost.
