This event sold out quickly last year and we'd love for you to join us in one of the most gorgeous countries in the world.
We'll spend 8-days, 7-nights in a beautiful historic villa, complete with the best food you'll experience!
Registration includes:

- 3 days of writing conference/retreat
On our last day, we'll head to Florence for a day of on-your-own sightseeing.

Payment Information
Breakdowns
Tickets are all-inclusive for up to 18 meals, 7 nights of lodging (April 15-22, 2024), cooking class, and a Montepulciano Tour, with the conference addition for ATTENDEE tickets. Guests will have free time during the workshops
All rooms are double occupancy, so if you want to reserve a room for yourself, there will be an additional charge of $800.
Beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The payments are broken down by ticket type:
- ATTENDEE: $1500
(conference registration + lodging + meals + tour) - GUEST: $1300
(lodging + meals + tour with no conference) - ROOM TO SELF: $2500
(conference registration + lodging + meals + tour)
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, we will open your spot to our waiting list. Your registration can be transferred but that transaction will be handled between you and the person taking your spot.
Because we have kept the conference costs as low as possible, all payments will be considered non-refundable unless our Italian host cancels and we receive the refund for the event.
In that instance, we will refund your payment less the deposit.
We recommend travel insurance and/or travel cancellation insurance. Pay attention to COVID restrictions as they can change.
Flights:
We recommend purchasing your air travel as soon as possible to get the best deal. Our recommendations are to fly into Rome or Florence, where you can catch a train to Chuisi. Cyle can assist with air travel suggestions.

Room Info:
We have five rooms with a double bed and three rooms with two single beds. If you choose a single bed and you don't have a roommate, we can help assign one.

For a room to yourself, a $1000 deposit is required.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred.
Once you pay your deposit, you'll receive an email with a link to future payment options.
